Terms of Use

1. Overview of Service

Flowpages is a pay-per-page web development service that converts design files (primarily Figma) into pixel-perfect, responsive, front-end code. We offer two fixed pricing tiers based on the complexity of the page:

Simple Page: $150 per page (price subject to change. For most updated price, please see pricing page)
Complex Page: $250 per page (price subject to change. For most updated price, please see pricing page)

The service includes clean, optimized, developer-friendly code with no backend development, subscriptions, or ongoing maintenance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

To use Flowpages, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Submitting a Project

When submitting a project to Flowpages:

You must provide complete, organized design files in Figma or accepted formats.
You must clearly indicate which pages are to be developed.
You agree that the complexity and pricing tier (Simple or Complex) will be determined by Flowpages based on the presence of advanced interactions, animations, or UI components.

We reserve the right to reject any project that does not meet our submission standards or is outside the scope of our front-end service.

4. Payment

All payments are due in full before development begins. Pricing is per page and determined by the tier (Simple or Complex). Bulk discounts or custom arrangements may be available upon request and will require written agreement.

Flowpages uses third-party payment processors and does not store your payment information. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and policies of our payment processor.

5. Delivery & Revisions

Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days per page, depending on page complexity. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Minor revisions are included and must be requested within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions beyond the original scope or excessive changes may incur additional fees, which will be quoted before work begins.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all original design files submitted.
Flowpages retains ownership of the front-end code until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, all rights to the final front-end code are transferred to you.
You agree not to resell, license, or distribute Flowpages code in a manner that violates any third-party rights or laws.

7. Limitations of Service

Flowpages does not:

Provide backend development or server-side integrations
Handle hosting, SEO audits, CMS integration, or post-launch QA
Guarantee pixel-perfection with legacy browsers or unsupported devices

We focus exclusively on front-end development as described.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Once development has started, payments are non-refundable. If no work has begun and cancellation is requested in writing, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 5 business days so we can address your concerns. Refunds may be issued only in cases of clear non-performance, and only after review.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

Flowpages is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The code will be error-free or function on all browsers/devices
Delivery will occur within a fixed timeframe
The service will meet your specific business or technical requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flowpages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Flowpages for the specific project.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Flowpages after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The current version will always be available at Flowpages.co.
